    b. Re-sellable Condition: Items that have been opened or used but are still in a condition suitable for resale, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

  2. Return Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

  3. Restocking Fee: All returns, regardless of condition, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We require photographic or video evidence of the damage to proceed with the return or exchange process.

  5. Return Process:

    a. Contact Customer Support: Before returning any items, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. They will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and guide you through the necessary steps.

    b. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. Include all original packaging, tags, and labels.

    c. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for the full value of the item.

    d. Return Authorization (RA) Number: The RA number provided by our customer support team must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns without a valid RA number may not be accepted.

    e. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund minus the applicable restocking fee. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Perishable goods, such as food or flowers

    • Personalized or customized items

    • Intimate or sanitary goods, such as underwear or swimwear

    • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  7. Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
